- Youth - One youth 3-17 years or still in high school.
- Young Adult - One adult age 18-29.
- Single Parent Family - One adult and children under the age of 26.
- Adult - One adult 30-61 years, and any number of dependents 5 years and younger.
- Couple - Two adults, no children.
- Family - Two adults and any number of dependents 25 years and younger.
- Senior - One adult age 62 and older.
Annual Memberships - Save 10% by purchasing an Annual Membership!
- By purchasing an Annual Membership, you’ll save 10%. That’s a savings worth over one month of membership dues!

Health Center Memberships
Access to Healthy Center Locker Rooms which include private exercise equipment, lounge, and towel service. Additional cost per month, per member.
