
The 3rd Floor Group Exercise Studio and Group Cycle Studio will be closed Saturday, February 22nd-Saturday, March 1st for deep cleaning.
We will have a modified Group Exercise Schedule for classes that are held on the 3rd floor; only the classes listed below will be running during the closure:
- Monday, February 24th: AWT with Tammy, 6:00AM in Gym 2;
Barre-lates with April, 10:45AM in the Program Center (1st floor)
Functional Yoga with Kimberly, 6:30PM in the Program Center (1st floor) - Tuesday, February 25th: AWT with Sandy, 7:00AM in Gym 2
- Wednesday, February 26th: AWT with Tammy, 6:00AM in Gym 2;
Bodyweight Cardio/Strength with Rochelle, 6:30PM in the Program Center (1st floor) - Thursday, February 27th: T-45 with Jamie, 7:00AM in the Program Center (1st floor)
