Facility reservation open dates are as follows, for Y Members, BAEA Members, and non-members.
- ARMCO Hall and Shelters: First Monday day after the new year.
- Dance Hall & Cabana Lounge: March 1st.
- Entire camp/Wedding: 2 years prior.
The code to access the building will be provided to you via email the Friday morning prior to your reservation date. If you need to set up early Friday morning, please reach out to us at armcopark@bcfymca.org to request the code earlier.
Your reservation is from dusk until dawn! Yes. Each site & building have a container with new garbage bags. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their event and disposing their trash upon exiting the park.
Yes! It is located near the restrooms.
Yes. They must be on a leash and it is your responsibility to clean up after them. They are not permitted to enter any buildings.
Yes, one bundle of firewood is included with campsite and Dance Hall reservations. Additional bundles may be purchased here (also available on-site) and picked up from the Maintenance Building. You are not permitted to bring your own wood.
No, a reservation for the Dance Hall, ARMCO Hall, Cabana Lounge or Shelters does not include use of the Pool. However, beginning in 2026, you can add-on a Pool Pass Bundle to your reservation! 10 day passes for $65 or 20 day passes for $125. Must be purchased at least one week prior to your reservation date.
Two refrigerators, two ranges, a microwave, sink, and ice machine.
While we the Dance Hall has one extension cord available, we highly recommend bringing your own.
No, we provide your event with a blank slate so you can make it truly your own! You may arrange the tables and chairs however best suite your needs, then put them away afterwards. Tables and chairs must remain inside Dance Hall/ARMCO Hall.
Yes, the Dance Hall and ARMCO Hall have wi-fi access. The password is hanging inside near the front doors.
No, we provide your event with a blank slate so you can make it truly your own! Most caterers have linens available upon request.
Guests of the Dance Hall can park in the grass between the Dance Hall and Shelter 2. Guests of ARMCO Hall can park in the grass beside the building.
